Thanks, though! I do plan to talk to my rheumy about it at the end of the month. Cheryl J - GA I've had this, too -- always feels like a lump in my throat, which makes it hard to swallow. I especially choke on crumbly things like toast. My doctor said there might be something on the thyroid, so they're keeping an eye on things.
