I'm glad you found the right way with Magnesium.

IMHO 1. it should be in tablet form 2. No more than 500mg/D 3. By no means

in fluid form. (Magnesium citrate, unless you intend to use it as a

laxative).

Yes I'm saying that all my life I loved lettuce and veggies and I thought

diarhhea was the normal way of life.... until I stayed on 1000 mg

Magnesium. Now I am " normal " -- food is properly absorbed where it should

be ---- food no longer races through me -- with some of it intact and not

digested.

I realized that all the trace minerals are ESSENTIAL for every cell in our

bodies to function properly.

I believe I have found the correct amount of Magnesium supplement for me --

it works and I feel so much better -- more energy, more stamina, better

muscle development, calmer feeling.

Like so many here, I'm sold on trace mineral supplements.
