Guest guest
Deanna, Disability, especially worker's comp. cases are notoriously slow to be resolved. They think this discourages cheaters, but what it really does is make it doubly hard for the REAL disabled, and makes them even more stressed out and sick while they wait for the nudniks to get their acts together. Lawyers, gotta love 'em. NOT. It took so long for me to get my WC settlement, if you remember, I had to file bankruptcy, and even THEN we nearly lost our happy home, and it is a rental. Geez. Yup, go to hospital at 11 a.m., procedure is scheduled for Noon or so, a heart cath., and if things go well, I'll be home by supper time. I finally got the results of the last test which was the T.E.E., Transesophageal echocardiogram. Besides a regurgitating mitral valve, I also have dilated ventricles, and an overlaboring heart muscle. The doctor told me today that this last thing can mean that an artery is blocked. Tomorrow's test will show right away if that is the case. I'll know more on Thursday, when I am fully awake. I will send out an email to everyone at that time. My orders are to lay low for 36-48 hours after the test, so earliest time I can do anything much will be Thursday night. If anything happens that is unexpected, my sisters have the needed info to email you. Thanks for the prayers and support, and right back at you. Loving hugs, MM
