Guest guest
Whine away Kim T, you are at the right place, but you forgot to tell us that kind of cheese you like to go with it? I prefer mild cheddar myself! I sure hope they get to the bottom of things quickly for you, I know it can be tough playing the waiting game while they find the right meds for you. a C Thanks for being somewhere that I can unload and get some good advice. Guest guest
Hi Kim, It took me a long time to find a blood pressure medicine that didn't make me break out in a rash......some of them even made me so very depressed I was thinking I needed to increase my dose of Antidepressants !! They finally found one......I take 5mg. of Norvasc a day. Hopefully you will find one that works for you soon . We all hate taking the medications but you gotta do it ...... C. I need somewhere to whine I have mostly been lurking on this group reading the posts and gathering useful information and tips. I was diagnosed with lupus about 9 months ago now. I've been having a really hard time the last few weeks - I started out with 3 1/2 days in the hopital for what I was told was probably a kidney stone followed immediately by an infection during the stay my blood pressure went haywire (I've never had problems before) and has not come down since. I've been going to the Doctor's office so much for them to check the high blood pressure and because they keep finding red cells in my urine specimens. My Rhumey was out of town, but I saw him today and he said the internist was headed in the right direction and they all think I should see a urologist...and so it goes. Anyway I'm just frustrated by the whole thing and sick of visiting the Doctor's office and tired of taking all the meds....prednisone, imuran, salsalate, darvocet and now I'm on my third trial of blood pressure medicine. Thanks for being somewhere that I can unload and get some good advice.Kim T."The LUPIES Store" Come check out our store...http://www.cafepress.com/thelupies"The LUPIES Web Page"http://www.itzarion.com/lupusgroup.html"The LUPIES online photo albums!" Guest guest
Kim, sorry you're going through all this headache with the doctors. Hope the urologist is able to help you more than the other two. Good luck, and please keep us posted. Mojo I need somewhere to whine > I have mostly been lurking on this group reading the posts and > gathering useful information and tips.
