Hi Aase,

I agree with 's advice, and I also wanted to pass on something that

I have found to be helpful. It's called SinoFresh. My husband, Mike had a

terrible cold a week or so ago, and the only way he could breathe to get to

sleep, was to use this. I use it also. If you try it, I would also suggest

to rinse off the part you put to your nose each time with warm water to try

to get rid of re-infecting yourself. I've found it to be a great help, I

Aase - one easy and cheap thing you can do that might help is to the

following:

1 cup sterile (mostly) water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking soda
