Hi Everyone~~

Back from the surgical center. Dr Le decided to just do the cervical block.

He wants to see if that works before doing another Ganglion block. Since I

have already had 10 of them in the past he is very leery to do more of them

again.

The injection worked almost instantly to stop the symptoms of RSD! Fingers

and palm-normal skin color not purple and modeled, sweating and pain seem to

have gone from my thumb, index finger and palm. I will not know for a couple of

days (or sooner) to see it stuck but for now the RSD is not there.

No shoulder injection he wants the orthopedic surgeon who did my prior

shoulder surgeries to make that decision. Sort of worried that the shoulder

pain

will keep triggering the RSD but he is also not convinced that the shoulder

trauma alone activated the RSD. I have an apt with my shoulder surgeon on Wed,

AM. He will either inject or scope, both or not! I will know more on Wed.

Shoot... I typed too much before getting to this and now my finger movements

have set my shoulder off ... got to rest.

Thanks ...

No progress with shoulder but RSD is intermittent but holding it's own.
