Guest guest Posted April 28, 2004 Report Share Posted April 28, 2004 thanks for the tip! i've only had SI joint problems since last nov. it started out when my hip was out of joint a bit--and one thing led to another 'til the SI went. never knew something could feel so bad! with isometric exercizes and polarity, it began doing better....but now i'm left with an SI that goes -without all the other stuff happening first. next time it starts in, i'm going to give this a try....thanks for the instructions, michelle! cindyh wisc. < My PT showed me this trick (clip) Lie on your back, on the side of the SI problem lift the leg so that hip to knee is straight up and down, knee to foot is parallel with the ground.
