From the sound of it you may have two issues going on. Your knees and your

spine. Have you ever had recently an EMG/NCS. This test shows if the nerves

from your lower spine are compressing on a spinal foot and causing pain and

weakness in different areas of your legs. You might ask about having this

done. A Neurologist usually does this test. If it is OK, then consider the

other therapy and possible scoping of your knees. I had both, torn knees and

nerve compression in the lower spine, so thus surgery on all three. Just

trying to help figure this all out. As I said before, they always find more

damage when they go in surgically than what is seen on the MRI. That is my
