So far I haven't gained much back. I do fluctuate a few pounds but it I still try to watch those carbs though I'm not as strict with my self as I was when I was on the diet. I actually felt pretty good while on the diet......a little tired at first but I guess my body adjusted after a couple weeks. Karol Lupus and Atkins Diet Does anyone know if it's OK to do the Atkins Diet if you have lupus? I do not have kidney involvement. It took me 6 months to loose 22 pounds on Weight Watchers. I would love to do it, but I really don't think Atkins is meant for me. I can't imagine living without cereal (I usually eat Basic 4) for breakfast, or eating veggies. I live by the veggies.
