Most of the folks are very obsessive. Also social phobia. Agoraphobia. Anxiety. Depression. In fact, I had also posted some info on an OCD Board about the thyroid link to OCD. One gal wrote me back...she had recently been to the doctor and had actually tested low in Free T3. The doc had checked that because of her hypoglycemia. She had actually offered this gal Armour to help with that if she wanted it. Well at that time, the gal didn't. But when she read my story...and the thyroid link to OCD, she went back to the doctor and got Armour. Her OCD habit (which was clenching the muscles of her stomach to the point of pain) has gone now that she has been on Armour. She also reports that her hypoglycemia is gone as well as some other symptoms. So yes...the gal you know probably has the OCD because of the thyroid issues. But she sure needs to get Armour instead of Synthroid. Cindi
