Guest guest
Breast reduction. Good, You will be a different person, flare or no flare. One of my friends had breast reduction done for her daughter when the daughter was a teen. They removed over 10 lbs! The girl's life was changed forever. She had deep grooves in her shoulders from carrying all that extra weight around. So good for you! Hollywood may be calling! As for the clumsy bit. I find I drop things and am generally a lot more clumsy than I've ever been. I've wondered if it could be the Plaquenil but I think I was getting pretty klutzy even before my diagnosis in March, but it's more apparent now. And more frequent. Also tend to trip on small rugs etc. Guess it goes with the lupus territory. Lots of love, C.
Guest guest
Thanks , I'm so anxious to get this surgery over with. The hospital just called and I have to be there at 5:30 AM. Better than waiting around all morning. Don't think I'll sleep much tonight. My ortho DR in Miami had told me that anyone she's known that has had a breast reduction was very happy that they did it. I'll let you know how I'm doing when I'm up to it. Oh boy, here we go...... Robyn > Breast reduction. Good, You will be a different person, flare or no > flare. I have never seen her this happy in a long time. She says she feels 21 again. She is in love with her body again. A lot of family members think they took too much off, but she is happy with what they reduced to. She's the one living with her body. She is also so much healthier now as well. Good Luck. Hope you have a fast recovery. Love & Friendship, Ellen
