Guest guest
I am confused about something. If TD-DMPS does not remove mercury from the brain, as has been said here many times that DMSA and DMPS do not remove mercury from the brain, will these kids have to remain on the TD-DMPS for the rest of their lives to continue any improvements? Just asking. The main side affect my son has had with DMPS is more stimming, and that seems to be common. I would add that we had that exact same effect with DMSA and DMSA/ALA as well as other negatives, including things associated with liver problems, like sallow skin and very negative behaviors, meltdowns whenever we were done chelating that made us very worried. We've had none of those meltdowns with TD-DMPS, none of the intense crying on the day after we stopped the DMSA. I have not seen the sallow skin problems or the negative behaviors with the TD-DMPS up to this point. From my observations of the kids on the chelatingkids list, stimming seems to be the main issue that any of them are facing, if your child had a tendency toward stimminess, that will also be exacerbated. I wonder what Dr. Buttar means when he reports no > adverse affects. What is his definition of this. What he means from what he told me personally is that no kid that he ever treated was worse from the treatment, that some were recovered, but that absolutely none got worse. I have known kids who got much worse with DMSA/ALA, and no chelation protocol is without risks. I think eventually, we will have the evidence with the base of kids who can report to the lists, of long term use of TD-DMPS. There are no broad population statistics. One of the moms on another list reported the effects of not having had one of the recovered kids from Buttar's first study, and this child who started at 7 if I remember, was so well-improved that I would take that " non-recovered " status for my kid any day. The amount of progress for this child is in my book astonishing. So from that, we can make some conclusions from what we know, rather than from fear, jealousy, and made-up statistics. If you are wanting more assurances, you may have to wait this out for awhile. There are only a handful of kids so far who have tried the 8 hour protocol. More have done the other, so that's what we know more about. The reason Dr. buttar doesn't do the 8 hour protocol is that he found that it depleted minerals more severely than the 48 hour protocol and the kids had more problems. That's what he says, but it doesn't mean that it's wrong for you. We all have to make our own decisions depending on who we trust and our own experience. Guest guest
So the TD-DMPS would remove the present mercury from the body, thus preventing its depositing in the brain, being very useful. But the mercury in the brain from the old injury i.e. vaccinations would NOT be removed, is this correct? But isn't the mercury in the brain the main cause of the neurological problems with communication, social skills, empathy, abstract thinking? Guest guest
I've heard that Buttar says it DOES remove it from the brain, but from the outside. Guest guest
From what I've heard, Buttar thinks the TD-DMPS pulls it out of the brain from the outside. Guest guest
Moria: You misunderstand, I said removing the mercury from the body WOULD be very useful. The main point, however, is that the mercury in the brain, which if I understand this correctly, is mainly responsible for the lack of frontal lobe functions, would NOT be removed. Also, if the mercury is being removed from the body via TD-DMPS, then if the TD-DMPS was removed from the child, then the mercury would build back up, hence my question, would a kid have to stay on the TD-DMPS for life? Hope this clears this up. If not, please yell again. I am just trying to understand this stuff. My profession is rooted in soft science, not hard science. I am having a hard time reprogramming my brain. Warmly, [ ] Re: adverse reactions on TD DMPS every other day? > > > > I am confused about something. Guest guest
The " recovered kids " , at least some of them are chelating one month a year, just to be sure, I'm told.
