I've been a member here for about a month now, but I have yet to

post. I thought I'd do a little something everyone could contribute

to and learn something from. I was diagnosed well...about a month

ago now, and I'm stuck on the same 20 or so products - I'm still a

bit scared to get out of my comfort zone.

So, let's get on with it and compare what our favourites are, and

maybe this will encourage me to get a few new items when I hit WFs

tomorrow!

favourite cereal: Natural Nutrition's puffed brown rice (Walmart)

favourite pancake mix: Pamela's (WF)

favourite GF bread (ready to eat): haven't found a really good one

yet; mostly I've had EnerG Brown Rice (WF)

favourite GF bread mix: n/a

favourite chocolate bar: 365 Organic Dark Choco with Almonds (WF)

favourite salad dressing: Annie's cowgirl ranch (WF or Safeway)

favourite energy bar: Larabar apple pie or cinnamon roll (WF)

favourite cookie: Pamela's shortbread butter cookies (WF)

favourite cracker: n/a

favourite pizza crust: n/a

favourite quick lunch: Thai Kitchen pad thai noodle cart (WF or

Safeway)

favourite microwave meal: Cedar Lane 3 layer enchilada pie (WF,

Safeway or Nob Hill/Rayley's)

favourite rice dish: Lundberg Farms organic risotto alfredo (Safeway)

favourite pasta: n/a

favourite soup: Thai Kitchen spring onion rice noodle bowl (Trader

Joe's)

feel free to add other categories! I'm excited to see what others

enjoy.
