Ruth, I have a great rheumy in Fresno if you decide to

drive that far. She is Pamela Kammen, M.D. Board

certified rheumatologist and internal medicine. She

has been practicing for a lot of years. Her phone

number is . She does take a long time to

get into but worth the wait. It took me 6 months.

Thanks Georgia. I finally got through to my Primary care Dr.s assistant

just whose responsibility it was to ask for an out of network second

opinion.

I guess they don;t get many requests. That is one thing that our insurance

does provide for even though it is an HMO.
