Guest guest
Do you know if their Xanthan Gum is made in the seperate facility.....therefore considered safe?? ***SPAM*** Re: Bob's Red Mill - GF products/company stance My apologies! I read it to mean that, oh nevermind...I just read it wrong...twice! You make sense to me...now...blame it on a long week in school and way too much incoming information that my brain cannot process properly anymore...? Yes, Bob's is excellent! They stand behind what they say, and that's what counts with me. I think that BRM is in a whole other category than Health Valley and some other companies. I have seen BRM bashed (not by you! ) FAR too many times. I don't believe for a moment that a product marked GF by BRM glutenizes anyone...they're barking up the wrong tree there. No, we can't have everything, but at least they make a real effort to make products we can trust...and hey, some of their GF products are pretty darn good I should own stock in the flippin' company, with all of the bags of baking supplies, etc., that I buy from them. Therefore, when they say they _can't_ label something as GF, I assume that it really may have gluten in it and I don't try to read the label and figure it out myself. The disappointment is that some of the products they make I would really like to eat...but can't. As for the oat question in general, that is certainly a whole different can of, umm, worms. > > > >

Guest guest
The BRM bags of xanthan gum that I have here have the GF symbol they use on them. You can find a complete list of the GF products that Bob's makes on their website. I've gone through several bags of the BRM xanthan gum in the past two years!!
