Can anybody give me anything definitive on whether to use cortisol or

adrenal cortex supplementaton?

I already did abottle of adrenal cortex about 6 -8 weeks ago. Seems like it

MIGHT have helped a little...often hard to tell when we are juggling so many

things at once.

People at the Natural Thyroid Hormone site are somewhat relectant to

recommend cortisol unless lab tests have been done...of course Andy's book

mentions that lab tests are not conlusive in this instance....
