Guest guest
I'm kinda late in responding to this, so you may have already changed something. But here is my opinion. Ebony has used clonidine for a long time. There are two options.....1. take a clonidine break, even just a couple of weeks. Then restart it. 2. up the dosage at the original time. We tried to give Ebony a middle of the night dose for awhile and she was a cranky old bear in the mornings. I don't think it had enough time to wear off. Seriously though, she didn't start to really sleep through the night well until we started risperdal. We still use the clonidine for her to fall asleep, but it is the risperdal that keeps her asleep. Just my .02 Tamara mom to Ebony, 5 years old, asd, adhd, bipolar and , 2, polish (lol) wife to Terry > >Reply-To: parenting_autism >To: parenting_autism > >Subject: clonidine doesn't work anymore. :-( >Date: Mon, 14 Apr 2003 21:05:50 -0500 > > >Or should I just give him more when he's wide-awake at 4am? > >Input? > >Jacquie > > >
