Guest guest
Hey , Got it taken care of with a referral to a new doc in internal medicine. Don't know when I'll see him but at least I will be able to talk to someone else about this. Thanks again for the info from WebMD. Glad to hear your doing better. What's up with the swelling though. Did they replace the HCTZ with another diuretic? Seems to me you need something to get rid of the excess water. What do you mean " I'll have to figure out a way!" I think your doctor should do that! That must be awfully uncomfortable with all that excess water. I have had my feet swell like that only once and they didn't feel like my own feet they were so stiff. No fun. Well, I have gotten so far behind in reading post it isn't funny. I'm going to have to just skip a bunch because I just don't have the time to read them and I always get behind on weekends. My husband has plans of more yard work this weekend. That means I won't be able to move again for a couple days afterward. <ugh> Hugs... Carol PS.....I'll send those puzzles....I haven't forgotten! Carol Can you get an appointment with the dr just to talk to him? Then maybe he can answer some of your questions. I'd be leery of not having any blood tests done or not being scheduled for any. I'm doing better. I got a call from the dr's office today than my kidney functions are looking better since they've taken me off the hctz. My ankles have disappeared again though. They said today no way would they put me back on them. I'll have to figure out a way! My breathing still sucks. But I've learned to deal with it. Just can't do like I use to do and that pisses me off. Feel like an old lady some days! And I can always use puzzles!
