a key to not going over points

Hi, I have been on WW for almost 2 years now and I had started slipping back

to old habits. The trick to not going over points is to make a chart of how

many points you can eat at what time of the day. I will check off the part of

the list (instead of list the foods). For instance my chart is 18-23 points. I

usually will put

1) breakfast 3 points at 8:00am,

2) lunch 4 points at 12:00pm

3) snack 2 points at 3pm

4) dinner 6 points at 6pm

5) snack 3 points at 9:30 pm

then I save 3 points for in case I sleepwalk and eat. I have a lock on my

fridge but sometimes I eat strange food from the cabinet. I lock up all the high

fat indulgence foods at night.

I also vary the points and times for holiday's

Anyway, since I've been assigning a time to when I eat, I do not obsess about

food as much since I know its out of the question until a certain time. If

I'm really hungry I eat a 0 points vegetable to tide me over, but usually this

works pretty good. I have maintained a healthy weight for my height of 5'2

which is 115----(I had been 147) Christy

Christy-

Your information was a great help! I'm in the same weight range and

sometimes have difficulty monitoring my points as well. If have too many points

at

breakfest it seems as if I am screwed up for the whole day! This is great, I

think I am goin to steal your idea if you don't mind! lolol
