Those of you who have been on the list for a long time will know that I have

been harping on about being hot but with a low temp.

I wake up feeling very hot and stay that way for about two hours then I cool

down a little. Incidentally my basal temp is about 96.5 and the highest it

gets during the day is 97.8

My usual routine is to eat breakfast as soon as I get up, I definitely couldn't

take my armour and wait an hour before I eat. I laze around for awhile, then

get washed and dressed and take my first 2 grains of armour. I take the other

2 grains mid afternoon.

One day last week I realised that almost before my first dose of armour had

finished disolving in my mouth I started to cool off. So I took notice when I

took the next lot in the afternoon and the same thing happened.

After that I split it into 4 doses, 1 in the morning, just after lunch, after

dinner and at bedtime. I started sleeping better with the bedtime dose but

still woke up hot.

I am now going to try splitting into even smaller doses and more frequently and

I am going to monitor my temp before and after each dose.

I'm think I might be a prime candidate for time-release T3 but I can't find any

info on buying it on the web, I think I remember reading somewhere that it is

only made by a compounding pharmacy and prescription only.

I would be interested to hear what you think about this
