i think it was because i was taking too much...going to the bathroom too

frequently, pain in intestines. When i cut back, those problems seem to be much

better. But i still have some intestinal discomfort that I'm going get checked

out.

I have tried sublingually...and honest to goodness, i didn't feel as alert as

when I just swallow it.
