Could you remind me if you have posted anything about polarity

therapy, or do we use the same spots as the Gach book?

For the most part, you would be using the Theracane on points listed

in Gach. The only exception to that for Polarity would be doing a

rib-head release where you are using the end of the Theracane to

contact a rib in back that you can't reach by hand.
