Guest guest
Thank you Reb for sharing your understanding, it helps a great deal. He began taking some meds for the depression which have helped a ton, and he had some sample meds for the fatigue that were helping but has run out. I guess sometimes for me the spouse and the caregiver role dont mix well, because I dont want to feel like I am mothering him to do this or that as he is a grown man and I am his wife, so trying to juggle the roles in a positive healthy manner that gets results is tricky. As a partnership we talk about ideas and concerns with some solutions. Then at that point I expect him to work those ideas/solutions into realities but that's the part that doesn't happen or takes a very long time to happen. > > > > Side effects for him have been > > depressionheadaches > > muscle achesnausea, flu like symptoms > > redness or irritation at site where injectedtirednessHe doesn't have > the best of the best insurance and his neurologist that he really liked > and had for 7 years is no longer seeing patients, which is huge for my > husband it takes him a long time to get comfortable.
