Guest guest
Thank you Ginny for the advice on the motrin and tylenol, I had completely forgotten that. She gave her the bath and put on summer jammies ( here in Oregon we can never really ever put away our winter or our summer wear wear because I have seen it 60 degrees in August and 70 degrees on New Years Day ) just called and Katelin is doing so much better, her temp is down. I didn't sleep good at all because I was so worried and of course the phone rang at 3:00am, it was the trains needing fuel so my poor husband had to call the guy whose night it was and then he tried to go back to sleep, but finally gave up and went to work early. Take care and I hope you have a low pain day. Lin Lin...so sorry that katelin is not any better yet..hoping the fever breaks soon. I hate to make you worry more but febral seizures at that temp can happen..my son always ran very high temps and would have them whenever he got a temp a little over 103. It's scary when their temps stay high...I would tell her to definetly bring her to go to the ER if the temp gets any higher...and she can also call and see if she can alternate children's tylenol and children's moltren so she can give her something every other 2 hrs to control her temp. that's what I used to have to do. On a lighter note..thanks for sharing this wonderful story...I always try to follow my life as Rose did and what a wonderful world it wold be if more did. I am definetly passing this on to many...Hugs..Ginny
