It's sounding like things just might be taking a really positive turn for you. Yea, when you feel that real you coming back...and being able to hold on to that without the fatigue and depression stuff...that's a really good feeling. So glad to hear this good news tonight. Thanks for posting. Cindi

Guest guest
Actually, Cindi, I'm scared to even acknowledge that I'm feeling better because, in the past, everytime I have, it seems like that's when things start getting worse! So I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop now too! Today, I'm actually feeling some soreness in my muscles from doing some lifting yesterday. For me, that's a big improvement because, for a long time, I didn't feel any strength or soreness or feeling in my muscles. I think, for me, treating the adrenals has made a big difference. So I'm cautiously optomistic, but still very guarded in letting myself actually enjoy the improvements. I guess it's a protective thing from being let down so much in the past. But I do know that I feel *A LOT* better than I did just 2 months ago. Here's hoping it continues!! Thanks again to everybody here!!! Guest guest
That's a very good way of putting it, Caroline. I feel the same way -- kinda like my pilot light has been relit! (I used to tell my husband that I felt like I was dead inside, but he couldn't understand.) It's so nice to have that warm, cozy and safe feeling again. I can really identify with what you wrote. It's so good to hear that you're feeling better too. Debbie > I've noticed more of this too in myself...feeling a bit more calm, more steady & secure inside myself. Not so much anxiety & worry about the future...but just small, but noticeable amounts of these...as I'm still only at l 3/4 grains. > > But any noticable improvements, especially feelling more stable or having more a feeling of well-being or whatever one wants to call it...balance...evenness, inner steady warmth. I've been missing that good old feeling for years & years now. It's wonderful to be having it come back again, even a little bit. It's like the eternal fire or the pilot light inside myself went out & now it's relit again...the inner hearth fire. So being back in the pilot seat & in control again in a way I guess. > CP >
