Guest guest
I was 31yrs 9 mths with DD1 and 34 yrs 9 mths with DD2, married at 26 yrs 9 mths (end May/1st week of June is a busy time in our house!) I left it as long as I dared to build up a 'baby fund' and have some time with DH, before launching into being a mum. I certainly don`t feel old at the school gates, there are all sorts of people and ages there, e.g. childminders, grannies, mums still in 'uniform' who have come straight from work, dads, granddads, etc. Though when I was young I did feel my mum was 'old' though she was 'only' 38 when I was born!
