To be honest, I don't have my pathology slides; somehow it didn't occur to me

to get them. However, when I went for a second opinion, they sent the slides

(or copies, more likely - I never asked) to the

other doctor.

I'd say that since you've already got them, you might as well hold on to your

slides. But be sure you have a safe place to keep them ;-)
