Guest guest Posted December 21, 2005 Report Share Posted December 21, 2005 I have a list of peopleAll logged in my Address Book,And now at Christmas time this yearI've gone to take a look.And that is when I realizeThat these names are a part,Not of the computer they're stored in,But each one in my heart.For each name stands for someoneWho has crossed my path sometime,And in that meeting they've becomeThe rhythm in each rhyme.And while it sounds fantasticFor me to make this claim,I feel that I'm composed ofEach remembered name.And while you may not be awareOf any special link,Just meeting you has changed my life,A lot more than you think!For when I do a Christmas e-mailThat is addressed to you,It's because you are on the listOf people I'm indebted to.And whether I have known youFor many years or few,In some way you have been a partOf shaping things I do.And now that Christmas has come,I realize anew,The best gift life can offerIs meeting people like you.
