Guest guest
Sorry to ask the " how many points? " questin agan, but being fairly new to this, it is hard for me to determine points value for recipes that have a wide combination of ingredients. I just tried a taco soup recipe found on another board, but had to change it around a bit. Here's the recipe: 1 lb. meat (I used deer meat) 1 small onion 2 pkg. Hidden Vally ranch dressing mix 2 pkg. taco seasoning mix 2 cans pinto beans 2 cans Hormel chili (no beans) 2 cans whole kernal corn 2 cans diced tomatoes I ate one cup. Could someone tell me about how many points it would be. The original recipe said it was 2 pts. per cup, but the Hormel chili concerned me. The can said for 1 cup it had 210 calories, 9 grams of fat and 3 grams of fiber. Thanks for any help! Rhonda
