Just finished round one of ALA/DMSA chelation...the increase in

supplementation has been somewhat burdensome trying to figure various

soft foods to empty the " oo " size capsule of ingredients 4x a day.

My son is only 2 and a half so there is NO WAY he will be swallowing

capsules anytime soon! :) My question is if there is a quality

powder or liquid multivitamin out there that I can mix in water that

can assist me in addition to the 4xday I am giving my own " mix " of

supps. I have been using Liquid Health Children's Formula on my son

for the last year...but its the standard amts of daily multi. I guess

I am willing to pay the price for someone else to do the mixing for

me. If not, I will make it work...anything for my son. But I am sure

he is sick of pear sauce and yogurt already.

We use Spectrum Support II (*not* III, which contains ALA) from

www.brainchildnutritionals.com . It's a liquid that we give 3-4 times

per day, with the amt based on the child's weight. It enabled us to

simplify supplementing immensely.

We use Brainchild Ultrasensitive formula liquid vit. and min.

I give it to my sons 3 x a day. The taste is pretty mild. And the

vits. and mins. are very absorbable.

Scroll down here to the second section [after the enzyme section], I

have several supplement companies listed
