what I hear on TV about you walk in and once the tax is done you get

part of your refund immediately?

I have never used it myself, but if it is done through one of the

tax accounting firms, it is generally not your actual refund from

the government. It is in reality a loan with your refund being used

as collateral.

And don't forget to take your deduction for your medical expenses. You can

deduct a portion of your medical expenses against your income.

http://www.irs.gov/publications/p502/index.html has more information on how

to deduct medical expenses and what expenses are deductible.
