Guest guest
- Oh shoot, I'm sorry to hear of your accident. I remember dropping a wooden puzzle on my nephew's head and it required stitches. I felt horrible - even though it was obviously not done on purpose. I can imagine how you're feeling, but you do know it was unintentional. I'm glad that will still continue to wear the bar - and that a cast wasn't required. Here's to quick healing! Big hugs to you! Holly Zachary 7/27/02 Right C/F > Well, I took in for a check unrelated to her club feet today. If you read the other email, I tripped and she landed a bit hard on the changing table. It seems that her bar protected her somewhat but there is a break that hasn't dislocated just under her knee. We decided not to cast it because it will heal so fast and that means she can keep wearing her shoes. We've got a few more weeks and we'll see him again. He'll take another xray to see if she needs to remain in her shoes full time due to her knee or if we can reduce hours a bit. > > I feel so bad that she's hurt and I had a part in that even though it was an accident. Guest guest
Thanks Holly. It's hard knowing you've caused your baby pain for no reason. Poor thing! Guest guest
Oh man that's terrible! Poor ! Poor you! My mother tripped carrying Everett when he was very tiny and I nearly broke myself getting underneath the two of them to break their fall in to a large wooden rocker. Mom is crippled up herself, I don't know who I was more afraid of getting hurt, her or the baby! Both were OK though, thankfully. s. Guest guest
Actually she's not in nearly the pain that one would think or we'd have had her in to be checked earlier but since she wasn't fussing much the Dr. and I decided to wait it out. We're just thankful it's not dislodged so it doesn't have to be rebroken. Oh the joys... Chris 's Results Well, I took in for a check unrelated to her club feet today.
