cant view the markell shoe order form.

Does anyone know a website other than the markell one that I could

use to print out the sizing info or could someone email something

that I could print out to measure Grace for new shoes? I cannot get

it to open in the correct format for some reason. Also I have an

insurance question. I have tried to get the shoes locally, but they

will not fit Grace without a prescription. Is this common? My

insurance is a major pain about things like this and it will take

several weeks before I can get them approved. Is there any way of

getting the shoes without a prescription if I am paying out of

pocket? How do you get a prescription if you live out of state

from the Dr treating your child? I thought the Dr had to actually

physically see the child within a certain amount of time in order to

give them a prescription? Please shed some light on me! Thanks
