I just couldn't keep it up..

I tried to do the Core Plan for two weeks, but I just couldn't do

it! I started last Thursday and made it to this morning, but even

though I should wait until Thursday, I switched back to the Flex

Plan today. It's worked for thus far, hopefully it'll continue to

do the job for these last five pounds.

The Core Plan made me feel very restricted. Dieting is a big mind

game for me and the Core Plan psyched me out. I hated the FF milk

products and the thought of eating Bran cereal for breakfast really

annoyed the crap out of me! So, it's back to the Flex Plan for me!

How's everyone else doing?
