Charlie Re: I just couldn't keep it up.. Exactly how I feel. I know a restricted program doesn't work for me. I'd rather eat normally and watch points and portions. Besides, I've been on restricted programs - I cheat and the last time around on such a program I gained some weight. That's just me - I'm a bad case but I need to journal my points DAILY or I will find a way around ANYTHING! Each of us is different!
