I take it that the " the full natural vitamin A molecule " you are

talking about is the Vit A in CLO, is it?

I'm wondering at the minute is CLO with nat VIT A is better than pure

EPA and VitA supplements.

Is there another natural form of VitA as you say beta carotine isn't

and is poorly converted.

Thanks ( good messages by the way)

Hi Catha1,

It's harder to overdose with beta-carotene and easiest to do with

the Water-miscible, emulsified, and solid forms of retinol

supplements.

Yep.

Yes, not only because it's the full natural vitamin A molecule but

also because CLO contains DHA not just EPA, and DHA is essential for

proper brain function, among other things.

There are many natural food sources, but CLO is the most

concentrated. Next would be liver (lamb and beef are high in Vit.A).

Other food sources are butter, cream, cheese and milk from grass-fed

cows, eggs from pastured poultry and fatty wild fish.

But none of these except liver has the amount that CLO does, which is

why it's good to use CLO for therapeutic purposes. By far the best

brand that I'm aware of is the " high vitamin cod live oil " from

either http://www.greenpasture.org/ or

http://www.radiantlifecatalog.com/index.htm. They have different

names on the label, but it's the same product. This CLO has much

higher levels of vits A and D than other brands so you have to adjust

the amount you take. I believe I've been told that the one at the

first link is palatable to kids due to the lemon and spearmint oil in

it.
