Re: help -PT in Belgium's name

Blue Shield also wanted the full names of the PT and nurse I had in

Belgium (I had a substitute PT named Jaclyn and Jan) and I got the

information from Dr. De Smet pretty quickly. (Of course, Blue

Shield then proceeded to deny coverage for both of them as well as

Dr. De Smet. They did, however, cover the hospital portion.)
