Guest guest
When I first got back into exercising I tried to do the Deniese Austin Kickboxing Video I have. I didn't make it thru the warm up. I been doing the Walk Away the Pounds since then. I am thinking of giving the Kickboxing another go and see if I can get thru it without falling over this time. I really liked doing it a few years back. I really fealt like I was buring up some calories with this workout. So wish me luck. Going to try it in the morning. Guest guest
Hey Rhonda! I do Taebo, is it similar?? I wish the tape was longer, the whole workout only lasts about 25 minutes, how long is that workout tape? I might have to try it too. Good luck! Guest guest
i like kathy smith's kickboxing it's very beginner friendly. it walks you through the steps for a while and then starts you into the workout slowly. it has people at different levels doing it so you don't feel falling behind. > When I first got back into exercising I tried to do the Deniese > Austin Kickboxing Video I have. Guest guest
Hi Cheryl, I would think it is pretty similar. There are two workouts on the tape. Each workout is 20 min long.So if you do both it's a good 40 min workout. Girst one is a little slower so you can get to know the moves. It's still pretty fast paced thou. The second one is a little more advanced. Both give a good workout. This is the only kickboxing I have ever done so I don't have much to compare it to. Hope that helps, Rhonda > > When I first got back into exercising I tried to do the Deniese > > Austin Kickboxing Video I have.
