i'm a ww receptionist and we found out about core long before it came out

and were told to try it for 2 weeks so they would know of our success. i went

straight home from the staff meeting and ate a banana and huge glass of skim

milk!! : ) i was at a platue but not really wanting to lose anymore....my

clothes felt good and i really felt satified where i was, but mentally i kept

thinking of that number in your head that you want to be at. after a week of

complete core i lost 3 lbs!!! i was shocked b/c i didn't feel hungry, and i

felt like i had been making better choices for myself, like eating more fruit

and veggies. plus, i was trying new things i wouldn't have tried on flex,

like whole wheat pasta and couscous, oatmeal. i really felt better physically.

i did core religiously and continued to lose each week that i did core. the

trouble i found though is that after doing core for about a month or 2 i

started to get tired of the things i was eating and really wanted to eat a

sandwich lol, but didn't want to use my points for it. but thats the beauty of

ww, you can pick and chose and go back and forth from week to week if you wish.

it's really great. i do find that i feel my best when i'm eating on core,

just that i make better choices for myself.

now i'm not really doing anything b/c i'm almost 20 weeks pg!!! i'm trying

to eat core b/c of how i feel eating that way, but b/c of nausea and certain

food aversions things don't always go they way you'd wish. lol.

good luck with the core, i'm sure you'll do wonderful on it if you follow it

honestly. leaders here have told people that if they feel better writing

things down at first they can do that, but really if you follow it you should

be fine : )
