Guest guest Posted March 10, 2004 Report Share Posted March 10, 2004 Dear , I had no issues with the generic plaquenil but I got next to no response with the generic Imuran so, I took the name brand of Imuran. My doctor says sometimes with the less popular drugs, the drug companies can get away with substituting or changes in the mix on generic drugs. My pharmacist disagrees and says it doesn't matter....Name brand or generic they're all the same. But I did feel better on the name brand Imuran then with the generic.
