I once heard a story told of 2 women, each of whom was having trouble conceiving. They each went to the same famous Rabbi known to perform miracles to ask him to pray for them that they should have children. He told each one that she would soon have a child. One of the women went home & immediately bought a baby carriage. The other did nothing. The first one conceived- the other did not. The woman who did not conceive went back to the Rabbi to ask why the other woman had conceived and she had not. The great Rabbi told her that in order to receive a blessing, one must create a vessel/recepticle to hold that blessing! " She bought a baby carriage " , he said. " What did you do? " Sigh! Like you, I'm wondering whether it might be good " karma " to get my uterus ready so I'll be ready to go when Mr. Reasonably Right comes sauntering into my life! (may it be soon!!!) What could be more of a " vessel for a blessing " than a uterus ready to hold a baby?! (Meanwhile, I'm still wavering, as meanwhile, my 'broids are still causing me very little trouble!. Very confusing decision!!!) Best of luck! Elana
