Dear ,

Buying safe snacks by the case at Sam's Club has been a help for us.

Lay's plain potato chips, Cracker Jacks, and Planters peanuts all come

in single serving bags. I also buy the Energy gluten free pretzels by

the case from my HFS and split the bags into two ziplock bags, and send

those in. Also safe are the sesame seed candies -they are just sesame

seeds and honey and really good. I also get big bags of tortilla chips

and put them up in snacksize ziplocks (but not Fritos - the ingredients

look OK but there's something no-good in them). Another thought since

it's just once a month or so might be to make up a pan of GFCF brownies

or muffins. Hope this helps.

Hello! Cracker Jacks are ok?

I thought there was something about not getting caramel flavored

anything.. I mean it would be great if I can add that to his snack list!

Please let me know
