Guest guest Posted November 9, 2005 Report Share Posted November 9, 2005 I was keeping track of mine yesterday and I caught myself a couple of times. Every time I walked past the break counter I was reaching for a cheetos or one of those miniature Hershey's. I stopped myself but it was mindless. Just cause it was there. Tonight I caught myself loading up my plate at supper. I made 1 chicken breast stir fries with veggies and I was going to eat it all. Well yeah it was a healthy meal but I wasn't that hungry. It was just habit. I ate half of it and put the rest in a bowl for tomorrows lunch. A couple of years ago when I was attending WW they had the BLT lecture and our leader gave us each a big zip loc bag. She said that for the whole week we whenever we were tempted to take a bit of this or that we should instead put it in the bag. No matter what it was, and bring it to the next meeting. It was very enlightening to see all the calories that had NOT been consumed.
