Elijah's 2nd tenotomy today!

The procedure was a success. We're home and he's pretty happy playing

in the floor w/ his sister.

Dr Kelleher chose to take him up to the O.R. vice doing the procedure

in the office. She decided at the last minute NOT to release the

plantar tendon and said that she feels like she has plenty of soft

tissue to deal with and doesnt want to jump the gun.

She put him under w/ the gas and then used a local anesthetic on the

ankle and released the Achilles tendon again, then casted him. We'll

go back in 3 wks to see how it looks. I'll be posting 'before' pics

on the CFpics site later tonight.
