Guest guest
I have just had a major set back with severe pain in the upper portion of my Left hip. (somewhere near the groin area and top of the thigh). This has " crippled " me the past few days and I have had to go back to using crutches and am back on Major pain killers and anti inflamitories. It feels as though the flexor (or tendon, or something) is contracting when I move a certain way and hurts to the point of nausia. I am having an X-Ray done tomorrow but we are pretty certain it is a soft tissue problem. This LH has plagued me since surgery last June. (I had bi-lateral resurfacing). I have not been " overdoing it " , but I have been walking more (less than two miles, but for me that's a bunch) and other than doing some " Light " snow shovelling last week (no slips, trips, falls or other indications of injury at all since surgery) I can't for the life of me figure out what has happened. Hopefully, someone out there has had the same issues and can put my mind at ease as well as suggest a treatment to keep this from coming back. Thanks in advance Timmy T.
