Hello,

I have just received my first denial letter from United Healthcare,

which I expected. But I did not expect to not get any help from

Dr.Amstuz office staff with the insurance.Does anyone have any

suggestions, maybe other doctors in the US that are more proactive

in helping with the insurance stuff. I am already planning on having

to pay for out of network and part of the device not approved by the

FDA. Maybe I should go out of the country. any suggestions would be

helpful.
