Guest guest Posted July 27, 2004 Report Share Posted July 27, 2004 Just wanted to comment, because I find it VERY hard to get 4 APs a day, without spending a lot of time exercising....I'm looking at my Points Booster slide rule, and for my weight, I'd have to do 116 minutes at light 83 minutes at moderate Or 33 minutes at high Personally, I can't last very long at a high intensity, and don't prefer doing high intensity.I prefer moderate...but 83 minutes?
