I signed up for this group almost three months ago and am still

listed as " membership pending. " Does anyone know why this is the

case?

I don't know why, but would suggest that you try one or

both of the following:

1. write an email to csb-autism-rx-owner

2. unsubscribe and resubscribe. This will cause any

automated emails send out (when you try to subscribe)

to be resent to you. For example, if there is an email

asking you for more information in order to process

your request for membership. (I don't know if there is

or not.)

You have to purchase the book, Children with Starving Brains, by Dr.

McCandless from her Web site

in order to be a member of the CSB list (i.e., have membership " active, "

rather than " pending " ). As soon as you purchase the book, send an email to

the administrator of the CSB list, so that she will change you from pending

to active. The administrator's email address is:
