Hi everyone;

I've got a question. Right now I've lost 15 pounds and I've been

exercising about every other day; I walk for an hour, then on the

other days, I do Pilates. This is working for me. However, I've

always dreamed of being one of those people in cute jogging bras

whisking down the street, so I've been looking into beginning

running. I know about the couch to 5K thingy and that's what I'm

probably going to do; however, my concern is, do I weigh too much

right now? I'm at 225, and I'm afraid I would totally pop out a hip

or something.

And, how much does running really up your metabolism?
