: Thanks a lot. Do you know where I can get these items? especial

Pycnogenol. Is it a Homeopathic remedy or a herb? Thanks.

Re: [ ] Pollen, Heyfever help!!!

Yes, there's lots you can do.

Pycnogenol is the best antioxidant discovered ever. I used to have the worst

hayfever of anyone that I ever met, and pycnogenol stopped it completely.

And it has NO SIDE EFFECTS!!!!

Also good are: quercetin soothes nasal passages and is also a good

anti-oxidant. Vitamin C is a natural anti-histamine.

Also, " Herbs for Kids " makes a good allergy treatment that contains stinging

nettles, which is a great natural anti-histamine as well.

You can beat this!! absolutely!!

Hi, everyone: We live in Virginia and this time of the year is heyfever,

anything natural that will help through the season (for a 6 years old)?es

Thanks a lot.

Hi Dorothy,

I'm not , but I believe pycngenol is in Grapeseed extract (not

grapefruit seed extract). And it is an herb you can get at the HFS.

You can get pycnogenal at walmart-but please be sure there is no pine

allergy first. CMO, na anti-inflammatory fatty acid is available very

inexpensively at vitamin world and we wouldn't be withouuuut it. It helps

gut inflammation, Mike's auto-immune arthritis, allergies, and my poor

creaky knees. And it's relatively cheap too :)

both products contain proanthocyanins, which have anti-inflammatory

properties. IN our family, one works great for someone and the other does

nothing. It's split. of course we all know I'm not normal anyway lol

Pycnogenol is ground bark from a specific type of pine tree grown only in a

specific region of France. The ingredient that it has in common with grapeseen

extract is called " proanthocyanins " . However, pycnogenol is the superior form of

it (also more expensive).

You can take the list below to any Health Food Store and they will show you

everything on it. They will have it all.
